The signing process went very smoothly and Charlie took the time to explain each provision that was being signed as well as providing further written information and explanation after the fact. He finally provided a very fulsome binder of the entire package that we ordered and even provided helpful hints as to next steps, such as which family friends to contact and what information may need to be updated with various parties that have an interest, such as insurance and mortgage companies. Finally, his fees charged for services rendered were very reasonable, given prevailing attorney billing rates and the amount of work Charlie put into our estate planning.
