I was initially impressed by their sales presentation, but I had a very poor experience. Over-promised and under-delivered! The lawyer could be more accessible for questions and clarification during the trust process. Every other thing/action needs follow-up to get done. Client Service support is inept. Lack of professionalism in their Broomfield, CO, office.

Bethany Copeland was very helpful throughout the process and answered all of our questions from the initial workshop through to the final document preparation and signing.
