I am ever so grateful for there kindness and compassion. Everything was taken care of, so professional and accurate. I had a problem, because someone else in the family had already made arrangements . I was upset, didn't know what was going on. They stayed with me till it was taken care of. Keeping me to not worry. Everything turned out so good.

My experience with Elemental handling my mother's arrangements was excellent. Dilara's kindness, compassion, great communication and expertise were important in a way that's hard to express. What I found is that having someone who doesn't just make things easier but has the knowledge and experience to make it seamless really matters. She even sent a very useful checklist that was better than anything AI produced. Picking up my mothers ashes from Kinsey also was made easier with her kindness and making sure I knew that she was there if I had any questions now or later. That’s so important given that in the moment you are focused on the loss. They truly care and it shows.
