We had the absolute pleasure of working with Tammy and John at Graystone for our wedding, from the very first consultation to the final plate served, their team was professional, attentive, and genuinely invested in making our day special. The food was outstanding, full of flavor and enjoyed by every single guest. We received so many compliments throughout the night about how delicious everything was. They were also incredibly accommodating with dietary needs with our vegitarian family members and members with allergies, they had ensured that all of our guests felt taken care of. The staff was friendly, organized, and seamless in their execution. They handled everything with such care and efficiency that we were able to fully relax and enjoy our celebration without any stress. If you're looking for a catering company that delivers exceptional food and top-tier service, I highly recommend them. They played a huge part in making our wedding unforgettable!

Apparently, I missed leaving my mediocre review on here. I left one on Yelp. The food is good. Their business practices and communication are horrible. The food is not worth not knowing if you are going to be getting services or getting good services at that and their pictures are from Skypark Santas Village. They were late. Tammy is RUDE. Those pictures have nothing to do with their Catering, I wouldn’t trust those photos. I’m a mountain biker and season pass holder at Skypark staff up there have told me they are horrible to work with and I’m not sure if they will be continuing their contract with Graystone. Food is good, but not worth it.

We worked with John initially with catering services for our wedding on 11/08/2025. We met John for a tasting and met another time at the venue to go over day of/set up. Both times and all communications before the big day was good. Fast forward the week of the wedding. Here comes in Tammy to fill in for John because he had a family emergency. I’m not sure how much was communicated between the two. On day of the wedding, I noticed it was already 1pm and there was no signs of the caterers. Not one call giving a heads up that they were running late. At our walk thru, John said he would be arriving at 11:30/12pm. Eventually they did show up. I was told by guests that the food was good. I was called the next day by the venue director that Graystone had left grease and oil stains all over their property!!! I have video and photos to show the mess and damages they left behind. They did not lay down tarps in all of the areas they were at. I also have some of their linen napkins which tells me their staff didn’t bus the tables like stated. I was told by wedding coordinators and venue management that they did a poor job at cleaning and respecting the property. John had reassured me that he leaves the property cleaner than what it was. Tammy and the staff that night were the opposite. Anyways, I got left with a damage and cleaning bill from the venue from their mess. I’ve been trying to reach out to John since the wedding and crickets! Very disappointed in their promised Service. John and Tammy if you are reading this - give us a call and make it right.
