I wouldn't put my worst enemy here. I had my mom in there 5 years ago and it was awful. Ignored, disregarded, etc. Please visit before making any decision.

I recently toured Westchester Center for Independent and Assisted living community. I was incredibly impressed with the entire experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff were warm, welcoming, and professional. The tour was thorough, and every question I had was answered with care and clarity. The facility itself is clean, bright, and thoughtfully designed to meet the needs of the residents. I appreciated seeing the common areas, dining spaces, and activity rooms—everything felt inviting and well-maintained. Razel, made me feel at ease and gave honest, detailed information about the care services, pricing, and day-to-day life at the community. It’s clear that the team here truly cares about the well-being and dignity of their residents. Based on what I saw, I would absolutely feel confident placing my loved one in their care when the time comes. Highly recommend scheduling a tour if you’re exploring assisted living options.

I wanted to publicly thank Joel and his entire staff for all the hard work and great care that they put in for the residents each and every day. My mom was able to get a room in early June and we were so grateful! She's almost 93 years old and just needs that extra bit of care but doesn't need to be in a nursing home. The staff is welcoming and friendly and knows her by name. She participates an activities and watch his movies every night. And the fact that she now walks regularly gets exercise and eats three healthy meals a day is so helpful. Thank you so much our family truly appreciates all you are doing for our mom!
