Took in my tax documents for last year to get help preparing my income tax return. My taxes were prepared very efficiently and professionally. Great customer service. Have been coming to this VITA program every year for the past 3 years and will continue to do so!

Took in my clothes donation very easily I hope someone in need gets them

Good morning to all now. With Catholic Charities here in Web County Texas, for most of us who work night shift, we sleep during the day. You see for me, my night shifts ends at 6:30 am, by 7am , I am sleeping.. The staff at Catholic Charities, I am sure they are good people and havd good intentions to help any of us US citizens of webb county Texas ; however, I am going to suggest , Catholic Charities that you could consider to extend the time on Mondays to call for an appointment for emergency rental assistance, or whatever assistance an individual may need who is a citizen of Webb County Texas USA because most ppl may not have a phone, some may be sleeping during the early am and day because they worked a long and busy night shift. Finally , to Catholic Charities, you could at least consider extending your hours to call for appointments on Mondays from 8 am to 1pm. Have a bit more of an empathetic, loving, caring and compassionate heart. God bless you all always ✝️ 🙏🏽 ❤️✨️✨️✨️🤗

The lady in the front desk treat me so bad plus they always say please call on Monday morning 8am to 8:30 I've been calling it's always busy the line

This is a place where they help. But it should be called the place of the miracle because if they help you it is a miracle. They tell you to talk from 8 to 8:30 in the morning and they don't answer. They answer you until 9 in the morning just to leave you online for 15 minutes and then tell you that it's over for today and that they should talk next week to tell you the same thing😡 . Ive called 150 times and they never answered my called.
