Ruined my relationship. I went into fix problems. But it made it worse. Went first as a couple (session). There was no communication on it turning into a single person session, that excluded me. After this, I scheduled with the same individual because I wanted to get advice with the original situation. Long story short. She was helpful in one instance. But in my perspective of why I went, and the original reason.... This ruined a lot. I don't recommend this place. Or at least the person I saw.

Finding the right therapist can feel overwhelming, but working with Ms. Trina.. Glory to God!!! She has truly been life-changing. From the very first session, I felt seen, heard, and understood in a way I hadn’t experienced before. Her ability to create a safe, nonjudgmental space made it easier for me to open up and be honest, even about the things I usually keep to myself. What sets Trina at Clear Waters apart is not just her knowledge, but her genuine compassion and patience. She doesn’t just listen; she helps you make sense of your thoughts and emotions in a way that feels empowering rather than overwhelming. Every session leaves me with practical tools, deeper clarity, and a sense of hope that things can and will improve. Trina is incredibly intuitive, knowing when to gently challenge me and when to simply offer support. It never feels forced or rushed; instead, it feels like a collaborative journey toward growth and healing. I’ve seen real progress in myself, and I owe so much of that to her. As someone who was in law enforcement for years and currently married to a Sergeant who still serves his community; it can be incredibly difficult to open up and divulge personal thoughts or experiences. You’re trained to stay guarded, and that doesn’t just turn off outside of work. That’s why finding Ms. Trina has meant so much to me, my family and my husband. If you’re looking for a therapist who truly cares and is committed to helping you become the best version of yourself, I cannot recommend Clear Waters highly enough.

The therapy here is very straight forward, you don't feel like you have to hide something because of the fact that they don't judge you. They will help find solutions and coping mechanisms that will help you grow in life. They will help you with your problems that are going on, rather if it's emotional, or mental. The best therapy ive ever had in my opinion, would definitely recommend.
