Lindsay was absolutely amazing. She is so knowledgeable and friendly. She really helped guide us at making our estate plan and made us feel so comfortable with anything the future may bring.

Would definitely not recommend. Estate planning is very overwhelming and something we had no prior knowledge about. Very little guidance was offered with this office. They will complete your basic request however we were not offered much guidance throughout the entire process. The office had some staffing changes while we worked with them and that caused quite a bit of communication issues. We never had the opportunity to meet with or speak with Lindsay, maybe that experience would have been more positive. This has been my interpretation of our experience with Koler. 0 out of 5 stars.

Lindsay, Jesslyn, Clauzette and Hannah are lifesavers. After accepting the daunting responsibility to manage an aging and ill family member's financial affairs, it became so much more than I was equipped to do. It was scary and I didn't know where to start. Lindsay and her team coached me through step by step. They continue to be incredibly responsive and explain complicated issues in a way that I can understand. When the "system" doesn't make it easy at all and have errors that could cause panic and extreme stress, I've learned to remain calm knowing that Lindsay and her team have my back. I trust them completely!
