The flowers looked beautiful on social media. I decided to check them out in person. I came here to place an order for the elderly mom’s/grandmas etc at the convalescent home I work at. The short, dark male, was very arrogant and poor customer service. He comes off as rude and disrespectful. I did not place an order after all I will take my business elsewhere. I will order my 50 dozen arrangements from the florist down the street. Whom atleast are professional!

As we all know Valentines is here and what would it be without some beautiful flowers, its like the cherry on top right? I took the time to see the reviews so we decided to check this place out.. beautiful arrangements with some great variety, HOWEVER stupidl* over priced i gave them a 1 star because I had to in order to speak my mind not because I feel they deserve it!! I found a bouquet that I wanted to purchase with the price tag of $120.. okay thats cool. I go to pay for it and they want to add an additional charge for the bow it had, which had me confused as to why would it be priced that way to begin with then want to add additional charges after.. I call that false advertising!! After speaking to the people in charge they seem to be very arrogant and quit frankly disrespectful. I left this place feeling cheated, lied to and extremely upset and quit frankly thats not a nice way to treat a customer on the day of LOVE and FRIENDSHIP.. SHAME ON YOU!!

Always come to this floral shop. Its always so beautiful with such a good deal.

Wow!!! Highly recommend!!! This is a local neighborhood florist who can produce upscale and classy arrangements. I called from Texas to order an arrangement for my tia’s birthday. Let me tell you, we are both difficult to impress but Tony did it! He took my order over the phone and figured out exactly what I wanted with no photos or visuals to go from. Not only that, he was very polite and easy to work with. He suggested a medium-size arrangement at a great price and I asked to scale up and do something bigger, also at a great price. The arrangement is large and absolutely stunning, and it was delivered exactly when he said it would be. The birthday girl is thrilled and that is priceless to me. Thank you!

I ordered a floral arrangement for my mother's birthday. I went in with a general idea of what I wanted but no picture for inspiration. The pictures I'd seen of their work made me confident they could deliver. Boy did they. It's been a long time since a floral arrangement has made me say "Wow!" upon first glance. It's absolutely gorgeous. I am beyond pleased with the phenomenal job they did as well as their stellar customer service. Speaking of which, they're very accomodating. They're one of the few local flower shops that are open late i.e. until 8 pm. I was able to pick up the flowers at 8 am on Sunday morning. I also noticed they had a wide variety of flowers, vases, and bases in stock. No cookie-cutter arrangements here. Imperial's florists take pride in making unique, memorable arrangements.
