Rustic Petals

We ordered a bouquet for my grandfather’s funeral and were not only disappointed with what was delivered, but even more disappointed by how the situation was handled by the owner. The order was placed with a detailed phone call requesting an all white bouquet to include white roses, white alstroemeria, white stock, and baby’s breath. There were very specific instructions to please not include any daisies, mums, or carnations. While the bouquet that was delivered was arranged nicely and the flowers healthy and pretty, it included all of the flowers we specifically asked not to include. We were hoping for an elegant bouquet and getting what we paid for, and unfortunately this bouquet was filled with cheap filler flowers that were just arranged nicely. When we called to reconcile the situation, our phone call with the owner was defensive, and lacked any sympathy for the mistake. Instead of apologizing, offering a refund, or correcting the order, we were told very rudely that she would “swap out the bouquet” after her morning of “45 other deliveries.” Even though they offered to make a new bouquet, it is incredibly insensitive to show up at a grieving individual’s home and ask for the other bouquet to be returned. This situation was very disappointing.

I received flowers from Rustic Petals for my birthday and they were absolutely beautiful. The arrangement was fresh and arrived in perfect condition even though it was extremely cold outside. Its been 6 days since I received the arrangement and the flowers still look fresh. I highly recommend Rustic Petals!

I cannot recommend Jacey and Rustic Petals enough! As a very type-A bride, I was planning on ordering and arranging my own flowers because I was nervous about trusting someone else with my vision, but after sending Jacey some inspiration photos for the florals and the day in general, she absolutely blew me away! I felt that the pricing was very reasonable for wedding florals (compared to what I had been hearing from others and seeing online) and she definitely did a much better job than I would have by myself. No issues with communication or delivery, and I got tons of compliments on the bouquets. Absolutely consider Rustic Petals if you're planning a wedding!

I loved loved loved my wedding florals. The team at rustic petals exceeded my expectations. I came in with a clear idea and a few Pinterest photos and they made my dream a reality!! Because I love them so much, I’m now getting my flowers preserved. I felt like a true bride holding my wedding bouquet. I cannot recommend them enough!

Jacey at Rustic Petals did a FABULOUS job for our wedding bouquet, boutonnières and centerpieces. I only had to chat with her for about ten minutes and give her one inspiration photo, and she took care of the rest. She was always prompt with replies and they even delivered all the flowers to our venue the morning of. I couldn’t be happier with how it all turned out. We highly recommend!
