I can't say enough about how helpful the Hospice nurses and casemanagers were for the last year and half. They first started monitoring my mother when she was 101 years old and was starting to decline with dementia. When mom was 102 she had to be moved to a memory care facility. The nurses kept in touch and updated me frequently about her care and how she was doing. During the last 3 weeks of her transition, she was seen every day. After she passed the after careworker, Carol, contacted me and explained all the paperwork that needed to be done in reporting my mother's death. Carol contacted the majority of those businesses and also set up fraud alerts and credit freezes. She lifted a heavy burden off of me and I am so thankful and grateful to her. The whole family is grateful to Hospice during this stressful time. I highly recommend Hospice of San Joaquin.

Words cannot fully express our gratitude for the incredible care Hospice of San Joaquin provided to my dad during his final weeks. The entire team treated him not just as a patient, but with the utmost dignity, respect, and tenderness. They didn’t just care for his physical needs; they brought a sense of peace and comfort to our whole family during an incredibly difficult time. They made a devastating journey feel gentle and supported. We are forever grateful.

Kind, caring, expedient, thorough. These are just a few words to describe Hospice of San Joaquin. Your service is invaluable. The aftercare program was so helpful. All staff we spoke with were wonderful.

Hospice of San Joaquin, was wonderful in helping me care for my Father. We were only with them for a short time, but in that short time I learned how much they care for their patients. They made sure I knew what to do if my dad was in pain and how to manage other symptoms as well. When my father passed away hopsice of san Joaquin made sure we were taken care of. They called the funeral home, they spoke with them on our behalf. They cared so much for my dad and it showed. Before the nurse Left after verifying my dad's passing she offered a hug she knew I needed that hug. All I could do was cry and could not speak, but she knew I was so grateful for all of their help in taking care of my dad. A week later I got a call from hospice of san Joaquin and it was the after care team, lending a helping hand with estate planning or anything else we need help with. They also offered grief counseling which we are greatful for. Hospice of san Joaquin was a complete blessing, I will forever be grateful for how loving and caring they were with my dad.

I had no one to be with me during my husband's last 4 weeks. San Joaquin hospice was there for me in every way imaginable. They made the burden easier and gave me so much comfort and support. I was so impressed that I asked my family (cousins) to support them with donations for Russ.
