Awful!...I was advised to hire a probate lawyer in ND concerning my dad's estate after he had passed and documentation not being received/filed correctly. I had confirmed an afternoon time for a consultation for a Monday afternoon at 2:00 PM. I also completed a bunch of paperwork and shared documents prior. Monday morning, I get an email that the meeting was cancelled. I replied back to the email and also called about this to which Chad called back saying he didn't know why the meeting was cancelled, but that we would in fact meet at 2:00. 2:00 rolls around and no call. I give it 10 minutes and then call to which Jeffrey (Chad's assistant) answers and doesn't know what is going on and puts me on hold for several minutes. Jeffrey then says he can't get a hold of Chad. I tried calling and leaving messages, emailing, and texting Chad and not 1 reply from him! I even spoke with Jeffrey 2 more times the next day to which he claims he would contact Chad about this. Chad's lack of communication is astounding! And looking at previous reviews, this seems to be the norm.

We wouldn’t recommend Chad Anderson law firm, they don’t return phone calls. We payed him to do our bankruptcy almost 2 yrs ago and he hasn’t notified the collection agencies. We feel as he got his money so now he don’t have to do his job. If we would have known that we were gonna be ripped off we wouldn’t have hired him. All we have gotten from this law firm is nothing but the run around! So if that’s what you are looking for in attorney hire them, if not don’t waste your money or your time!!!

Do NOT use this lawyer under any circumstance. The lack of communication is astounding. They never return calls and when you call them, it puts you on hold with music playing and then goes to voicemail. The front desk receptionist is rude if I have spoken to her. Trying to get through bankruptcy with this firm and it feels like a scam. Did not tell creditors that we are filing bankruptcy. Giving a one star is generous because I would give zero due to the lack of professionalism from this firm. How can someone be an attorney and not care about the reasons why people go to you for help. Totally unethical. Go somewhere else so that you’re not ripped off.

Mr. Anderson was friendly and knowlegable about banking, pensions, retirement accounts, taxes, property laws. He knew who to contact, what questions to ask, and what information to gather to plan for my individual circumstances. He made the process easy to understand. We were able to create my estate plan in one visit.

Mr. Anderson made each step of our process easy to understand. He was quick to respond to any questions. He took one of the most difficult and stressful times in our lives and made it a bit easier. I would highly recommend him. Thank you for providing great care, concern, and expertise. We are grateful.
