Trail Ridge Senior Living Community

We have met with Jason Honey on several occasions and have found him be very professional, helpful and courteous in all our meetings. We will continue to work with him as we wait patiently for the right apartment for us and the right time as well.

Jason gave us an excellent tour and we were impressed with the Trail Ridge facilities: attractive, wide halls, clean swimming pool, large and appealing apartments. We wish Trail Ridge offered an "age in place" option, where you could stay in your independent living apartment and have "assisted" come to you; moving at age 90 (or 55!) is excruciating.

My parents moved into Trail Ridge almost five years ago. Across that time, I have been able to experience the Trail Ridge day to day activities and life style. The staff is welcoming and friendly, the environment is most appealing and well maintained — the best I have seen. The meals, in my opinion, are that of a fine restaurant, with chefs coming from some of the finest restaurants in the area. Exercise opportunities, activities and outings are plentiful and varied. A sense of friendship and gratefulness is felt from other residents as you meet them. It brings great comfort to see the level of care, friendships and opportunities provided in this facility.

My mother has been a resident at Trail Ridge for over 5 years now, and during that time, I've visited the facility hundreds of times. My experiences with the staff and other residents has always been positive. The environment at Trail Ridge is always welcoming, and I have great confidence that my mother is in very capable and caring hands when I'm away. I highly recommend this facility.

My mom lived at Trail Ridge for the past year. The Marketing Staff was friendly and knowledgeable, making the transition from her own home easier. When we moved her in, the staff went out of their way to make her feel comfortable, bringing up a fruit and cheese plate and offering her a place to rest. Her apartment was beautiful, clean, (thanks Donna!) and well-maintained. The dining room offered plenty of options and the food was good and served by attentive staff. I also liked the Bistro, where we would stop and have a cup of soup and play cards occasionally. The new walking path is a great addition. Even during the Covid pandemic, the staff has worked hard to take excellent care of the residents. Dawn Patten, the Administrator, is dedicated and clearly cares about the people at Trail Ridge.
