I remembered when I walked in there for help, they said we don't have any funds. I said as much as I been donating to you all for years and I can't get help. I've never donating a cent to them since I got turned away!

They obviously have the worst training or never monitor their calls, because the customer service reps, are the worst! If you call about something, one rep tells you one thing, and the next one tells you something else? Also I called several times in November asking about if they were taking applications for something, and when? Every rep said again something different? They’d say we’re not taking applications yet, or no that’s in December we do that, and we’re not taking applications for that this year, then one guy said oh call back December 1st? I decided to call another rep later that day, and she goes, oh that program is closed ma’am, we took applications for that on November 15th? 🤦‍♀️

I noticed every time I call 211, they always ask for our name and all these demographic questions. Why do they ask these questions such as DoB, age, gender, insurance information, and ethnicity? What do they do, sell our information? Reps say it is confidential which I don't believe it. All I want is to obtain resources and/or referrals. There is no reason they need to know this information. If you call 211, don't supply them your personal information. You tell you are not obligated to give them your personal information!!!

My application sat there for a year. After redo the app it sat there for 2,months having to redo the paperwork. Still sitting there after everything completed. The Services Special ist Jana Pospisil after 14 emails no response . Don’t talk to Nate or Tanya they will lie to you. They are suppose to be leads . They will lead you into eviction.They now state a new Specialist and there supervisor will can no call they won’t give you emails or phone numbers to contact them. If you are looking for help 211 isn’t the place. Record all conversations to take to court to show them why you are homeless . The most dishonest telemarketing services. People should donate to them and rather donate to a church or local charity cause the money will go to helping the people rather going to pay the telemarketers .in conclusion if you get Nate Tanya it Jana just know you aren’t going to get the help you need or they will lie. Don’t trust them at all.
