Couldn’t have had a better experience. Eric was wonderful at proving updates on the status of my mother’s cremation. He handled her with care and grace. I definitely recommend his services to anyone experiencing a loss. He will take care of you and your family.

The company seems to be overran with other projects and not concerned about clients and their families. Eric has terrible customer service and I would highly recommend finding another business who truly cares about your family.

My mom passed away on July 24, 2024. I had arrived at Knoxville, Tennessee, on July 18 for a weekend vacation. Three hours later from arriving my Mom had a massive hemorrhagic stroke. In just minutes my world changed and 7 days later she was gone. Here I was in a different state with no friends or family members around. Mom wishes were to be cremated. I looked in Google Maps and found four locations in the Knoxville area. I called all four. The only one that responded the same day in less than one hour from my original call was Cremation Services of Knoxville, LLC with the Funeral Director, Eric Botts. He is definitely in the right job and in the right place. He was a godsend for me. He guided me through the process and made it so easier for me. I was able to get all the forms completed online, pay by phone with no need to enter any funeral home. I was able to pay shipping charges to get Mom ashes delivered to my home. I got everything delivered to my house before expected, ashes, cremation documents and death certificate. He was compassionate and super friendly. His communication skills and time management were superb. If I lived in Knoxville, Tennessee, this would be the place for all my family funeral arrangements. You do not need to call any other place. I highly recommend Eric for all your funeral needs. I will be forever grateful for how Eric took care of me and my Mom. Thank you so much.
