I want to express my deepest gratitude to Macauley and Wallace, and especially to Elizabeth Roberts, for the exceptional care and support during an incredibly challenging time. After losing my brother, I had to travel from Virginia to California to arrange his transfer back home for burial. Elizabeth was truly phenomenal—professional, caring, and full of empathy. She made a very difficult process so much easier for me and my family. No one ever wants to face the loss of a loved one, but if you ever find yourself in need of help with these arrangements, I wholeheartedly recommend reaching out to Elizabeth. She is a true rockstar and a blessing to anyone going through this. From the bottom of my heart, thank you, Elizabeth, and thank you to the entire team at Macauley and Wallace. Our whole family is deeply appreciative.

They did a great job. My aunt recently died and my family had no idea where to get started or what the heck to do. Steve and Sky helped us 100% along the way. They also did a marvelous job on working with us with a tight budget. Thank you so much for the hospitality and help. We really appreciate everything you guys did. God Bless you

They made this unfortunate situation as smooth as possible. Steve always checked in, called to see what we needed, and made himself available for us. He made us feel comfortable every step of the way. Ian was always 2 steps ahead taking care of all our needs the day of, with an approachable attitude. Everyone working there provided us with exceptional respect, comfort, and care, even if I had not met them before.

I cannot say enough about the incredible care and support we received from McAulay and Wallace Mortuary for my husband’s memorial service in December 2024. From the very beginning, Suzanne Stover was absolutely amazing to work with. She was patient, compassionate, and understanding as I made decisions about the kind of service we wanted. She kept in constant communication ensuring, ensuring that all my questions were answered and every detail was handled with care. On the day of the service, we were overwhelmed by the number of family and friends who came to honor my husband- far more than we originally expected. Despite this, the staff at the mortuary went above and beyond to accommodate everyone with kindness and professionalism. The service itself was truly beautiful, and we were deeply touched by the stunning display of photos and memorabilia they arranged for the Legacy table and throughout the mortuary. In addition, the staff also provided a Dungeons and Dragons memento for the guests to honor my husband’s favorite childhood game. It felt like a heartfelt celebration of my husband’s life, exactly as we had hoped. I am so grateful for their dedication and would highly recommend McAulay and Wallace Mortuary to anyone in need of their services. They truly made a difficult time a little easier with their compassion and attention to detail.

Zach and his team went above and beyond. I am so beyond happy with the service and how streamlined the everything was. I had specifications with my Nanis appearance and requests for her viewing and they exceeded my expectations. I was not looking forward to planning this, as this loss was very very hard for me, but the whole team made me feel like they were family, so attentive and caring. Zach was so timely when I had any questions, the beautician (I think her name started with a C) was so caring to understand what my beautiful Nani looked like and went above and beyond with my hair dye request, the service was beautiful and was so nice to have help with the men helping with transportation and the burial service. I hope to not need any arrangements in the near future (with all due respect) but know where to go to do things right, with McAulay and Wallace. Thank you again from the bottom of our hearts.
