Dealing with cremation services was certainly an emotional experience and Lance clearly understands that. Lastly, the costs of their services were a third of what the funeral homes wanted to charge for the exact same service. The people here are incredible! From the first phone call you feel the kindness and welcoming spirit. They handled everything from beginning to end with respect, dignity and provided the utmost care for my family member, they were also incredibly kind and understanding with our wants and needs during the time of our loss. We decided that cremation was our only option for a recent family members death. When checking with our local funeral home to see about them handling it, we were shocked at their price. However, they gave us the number to CCB and suggested we speak with Lance. Wow! Over half the cost and you could not ask for a more friendly, personable and compassionate person to handle your loved ones needs. I absolutely could not ask for a better experience. Mr. Lance and his wife were wonderful at helping me through this whole process. Their prices are beyond reasonable when compared to the big named funeral homes. I am located in Trussville and it was 100% worth the drive to their location.
