Legacy was recommended to me while trying to get support for my brother. We were having such a difficult time finding support as my brother’s health was significantly declining fast. Legacy was able to educate me and provide support in a short amount of time. They worked as a team. Every member played a significant role in getting everything into place for my brother to have peace and comfort as he was actively passing. It truly felt like angels were brought to our home. Even after, the care continued with staff members reaching out to offer support for our family. A personal card with signatures from multiple people was sent to our home. I can’t speak highly enough about everyone I have encountered through Legacy. I am so grateful to have found them in such a pivotal time for our family.

Legacy has the most amazing and supportive team.
They came highly recommended to me and I feel that I could not have made a better choice for my husbands care in his last weeks of life. They did not push us, they offered exactly what we needed as was appropriate. They were very quick and compassionate in getting back to me whenever my husband needed something, if I had questions or if I just needed emotional support during the hardest days of my life. The support and care I have received after my husband’s passing has been amazing and I am truly grateful. Thank you to your entire team!

If I could give a 0 I would. Being serviced in the Baldwin Park/ La puente region. My grandma- since day 1 of hospice (total time 3 weeks in hospice) received 0 communication, constant transferring, no answered calls and false promises. A nurse would be scheduled to come one day or a bath aid and we spent hours trying to get a hold of someone. If you have a day time nurse- they come in and out with little to no attentiveness. Lawrence- who is the manager tries to put the blame on his nurses when even his own nurses cant reach him- they will try to recommend or send your loved one to THE ROWLAND respit care- DO NOT SEND THEM THERE- my grandma has been in pain and they say, “if you have an emergency call the number” but no one answers and they just give you the run around. We’re low on supplies. My grandma wanted Kaiser because she said she trusted them- they have failed her. Lawrence is a deflecting, 0 accountability, vague, insensitive person, who should not be in charge. Nurses Kayla, Sarah, Julio, were baffled and attentive.

Going through one of the most difficult times of my life, My grandmother was ready for hospice. My grandma lived with dementia for over four years and this past June is when things started changing fast. My grandma had Kaiser, but her doctor advised me to find a hospice company outside. Being that I wanted the absolute best care for my beloved grandma I started researching online and found Legacy! I am so pleased that I did. The process was smooth starting from the first phone call. Everyone that my family and I encountered was so very nice and caring. Even after my grandma passed away they were still there giving support. I can’t thank you all enough for helping us navigate this horrible time. The nurses were great and really helped us care for my grandma in her last days. Also, thank you to Chaplin Carol She was so amazing.!!

I would give zero stars if that were possible. My husband is prescribed blood thinners due to blood clots and I have requested a refill three separate times over the past week—once at the initial consultation and twice over the phone. Despite my repeated efforts, he has now gone two full days without this critical medication due to the clinic’s lack of follow-up. This is a serious failure in patient care and safety. I strongly recommend AVOIDING this practice for your loved ones.
