The very first person I spoke to was very helpful with the paperwork and any other questions I had the case manager that I have was also very helpful and made sure that everything was addressed on needs this Tuesday we had our first counseling appointment and both of my boys really enjoyed talking to her and for my youngest is really hard for him to talk to people so far I've had a really good experience

Oof… gotta divulge all of your deep dark secrets to the staff before you even get your first appointment with the actual therapist. Intake lady seemed to have an attitude at well. The form you fill out before hand is very long and asks you to go into detail. Then they call you to nonchalantly go into deeper detail over the phone, then call again for more detail. This is all before your first appointment with the actual therapist. I just wanted to speak with a therapist. I don’t know why the process is so tedious but I think it would be helpful if you all simplified that process and had a better form to fill out. Think about the people you’re trying to help and their perspectives.
