Patents and brother buried there. Called and spoke with Ms Jessica. She was was nice and accommodating. Promised to check into problem with case on parents grave, They have done amazing with upkeep and repairs. Very nice looking place once again.

A month after my mother's burial, the staff discovered she had been buried in the wrong plot. They began making plans to exhume and rebury her but never contacted our family about the mistake or the plans to move her. Fortunately, due to an off-hand conversation with a gardener when visiting her grave, we learned about the mistake and the plans before they were executed. We were able to request the exhumation be rescheduled so that family could be present. Follow-Up: We were told to arrive at 10 for the exhumation. However, the exhumation had already begun without us at 9. It turns out my mother was not in the wrong plot, but instead three plots had been sold where there was only room for two. For the next several hours we tried to find an empty plot that was relatively near, if no longer adjacent to, other family graves. Multiple times we were told the paperwork showed an empty plot that was neither occupied nor sold, only to find headstones and a burial in that plot. At least once we were told my parents' plots could be moved to a plot that we knew was owned by another family. From what we could gather, this kind of shell game has been going on for a while due to poor record keeping of previous owners.

I have had the pleasure of knowing Casey Whatley for many years and I know that with her caring compassionate servants heart she Will take 💯 care of the families of the Alabama area! These grounds are immaculate and this is a must in the funeral industry great job guys
