Very unprofessional staff and waste of time. Front desk elderly person was not in a good mood or just not having a day. I suggest finding a different location for all your Immigration Services.

It is impossible to get to a lawyer. They make an appointment for you in two months. Then they cancel it and offer to make another appointment in a couple of months. They also do not guarantee that the second time you will not be rescheduled for another date.
They make a short call to you in advance, which you do not have time to answer. When you call the number back, you get to an automated system and do not know who exactly called you. You find out that your appointment was canceled right at the reception on the day when you were previously scheduled.
The main argument at the reception: "We are a non-profit organization." Does this mean that you can not work or that they do not get paid? Of course it does not.
The lawyer's service was not received, the meeting did not take place.
Completely useless and unprofessional, they just waste your time.

Not professional at all People has appointment at 1:30 o’clock in the afternoon and it’s 1 o’clock the reception in the front desk. Do you not allowed you to come wait inside for 30 minutes for your appointment? They want you to wait in the hot weather outside for the families that have children, they all waited outside to the lady in the front reception on the universe. She’s really mean.

We paid $850 for their services and initially things were okay. About a month after I’ve sent emails and called numerous times to get a hold of them for help and have not heard a word. It’s very unlikely for someone to answer the phone and I’ve had to drive 45 minutes one way to speak to someone many times. Our “advisor”, Chelsey, for our case has not responded to any emails or calls and has essentially ghosted my wife and I. The whole point of using this organization was to ensure that we send everything we need to immigration services only once to avoid problems. Unfortunately, we were misinformed by Chelsey and are having to send in a document signed by a doctor saying that we have conducted a medical exam after the fact. This now delays our process, a problem I wanted to avoid by using Catholic Charities. My wife and I are figuring everything out on our own. This organization has done nothing except snap a photo of us and send our packet via mail. $850 gone, time wasted, and my wife’s residency delayed. STAY away and save your money. Go elsewhere

The immigration services front desk person will leave you on hold for such a long time. I have been trying to schedule for three weeks and I’m always left on hold by the front desk person to never have my call picked up. I love their services but having a person like that at the front desk is really discouraging and annoying.
