I wanted to share some feedback and express my concerns regarding my recent experience at the Salmos 23 facility in Hialeah, where my mother was placed for care. Firstly, I would like to commend the cleanliness of the facility and the kindness of the staff. The environment is well-maintained and the staff members are very nice. However, I encountered a significant challenge due to the language barrier, as none of the staff spoke English. This made communication extremely difficult, and the only time someone was able to communicate with me was when it was time for a payment. My experience with the staff and management team was quite challenging because of this language barrier. I faced difficulties in properly discharging my mother from the facility, and there was no proper logging of her personal items, which resulted in missing belongings, including her walker. I have been attempting to resolve these issues and have been waiting for a call back from the management team since last year. I would appreciate it if someone could reach out to me as soon as possible to address these concerns and assist me in locating my mother's missing items. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
