The Citadel Law Firm went far beyond my expectations. I sought their help to organize my estate. Attorney David and Legal Assistant Anne were both so professional, competent, efficient, cordial to my wife and I. I felt like I was family. I will refer anyone I can to their firm looking for estate help. It was a great experience.

I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Citadel. Both David and Anne were professional, warm and welcoming. David answered all our questions, even the silly ones. He made mumbo jumbo legal talk understandable. I left feeling informed and happy with the decisions that were made. So happy we found Citadel! You will not be disappointed with CITADEL! We had an off the shelf (mess) trust, not prepared by an attorney. We first met with a larger firm in Mesa, that gave us bait and switch pricing and some IRA answers we were not comfortable with. We then met with David at Citadel. He is very cordial and up front with the process. David advised what items to include and not include in the trust. The firm is extremely efficient and we had our document in a few weeks. Our new, amended trust binder is well organized and set up with all required documents. David gives clear instructions what to add to the trust ie. financial docs, funeral arrangements, etc. We are glad we had Citadel prepare our trust!

First meeting- consultation- Was made to feel very comfortable. All questions were answered quickly and was advised of all that was needed for my personal situation. (David Gerszewski) Second meeting was to review documents, sign and the documents needing to be notarized were done. A binder was provided to me with my documents, tabbed in categories regarding financial, health, etc Another tab is added to provided your loved ones with information regarding who they will need to contact in the event of my death . This is a GREAT! Everything will be accessible and should make the process easier.
