Rachel is a compassionate, experienced professional. I’ve seen her for a healing yoga session that I still think about. I carry a lot tension in my hips and I’ve tried many stretches and yoga sessions over the years but nothing left me with the same feeling I had after our session. My tension & pain were gone. I felt truly relaxed both emotionally and physically. She was also wonderful when my beloved cat passed away. Her words and presence made feel understood and less alone during a very difficult time. Her approach to mental health stands out from the rest and I highly recommend.

Rachel is a fantastic ADHD coach and yoga instructor. When teaching yoga, Rachel is engaging and inclusive, providing guidance to modify poses based on both experience and individual limitations/injuries. I especially appreciated her donation based “pay what you want” classes in which all profits went to non-profit organizations. Her clear and strengths-based instruction made me reach out to her for additional support when I hit a wall with my household tasks and was in need of ADHD coaching. Rachel was patient and supportive. She took time to understand my needs and challenges, and helped me to prioritize, categorize, and break down my project into smaller pieces to make it more manageable and achievable. She was generous with her time and supported me straight through to successful completion of my project. I have since been able to utilize the tools and tips she taught me to apply to other projects on my to do list, and helps me feel less frozen in approaching larger projects. I greatly appreciated Rachel sharing her knowledge and experience to help me be able to become more self-directed. She has a genuine, direct approach which I found to be both very validating and confidence building.
Rachel is not only knowledgeable but kind.
I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a therapist to better themselves and strengthen their own capabilities.

Rachel Dobkins is an incredible therapist that I am so honored to know. Rachel is incredible knowledgeable, empathetic, kind, professional, and client-centered. Rachel dedicates her time to ensuring that each client of hers feels heard and understood and works compassionately to encourage and support each client's growth. As a professional in the field of mental health I have had the pleasure of learning a great deal from Rachel, and being supported both personally and professionally.

I have felt very safe, well led & comfortable when participating in yoga. Capable, knowledgeable, efficient and warm. A place where all abilities are welcomed & instruction is in place to bridge the divide.

Rachel Dobkins is a trusted colleague of mine. I have gotten to know her as a clinician through our consultations. She understands how to help people during difficult times in their lives. She does this with compassion and strong clinical skills. I feel confident that patients will get the help they need when I refer to her.
