She’s an active listener and asks thoughtful reflective questions that require me to analyze my own perceptions about grief and healing. I’m so pleased to have someone help me through this period of time. I have a running list of her suggestions on my frig that are helping me find my new normal!

Please read the fine print before doing any sort of business with this company. They will charge you $130 if you miss an appointment even after giving 24 hour notice because in the fine print it must be 48 hour notice. They will not refund you even if you’re sick. I have $405 in late cancellation fees already charged to my credit card. It does not matter who I speak to. Both my therapist and Thriveworks continue to point a finger at one another to try to place the blame elsewhere. I am truly left feeling like this company cares more about their money than their clients. I am sad and disheartened that I will need to find a new therapist because we could not find a resolution. Mind you they also did not bill my insurance correctly upfront and charged me the full session amount multiple times. I never received a refund for this error either. And yes I have called about 5 times. This company has charged me almost $1000 in late fees and mismanagement of my insurance. Beware before using this company. Update: I did exactly what Thriveworks suggested and emailed their “success” team with full explanation and documentation. That was almost 24 hours ago, and I have still received no resolution. Their public replies look helpful, but behind the scenes nothing changes. Final Update. I never had anyone respond to me nor was able to get this resolved. They went ahead and charged my credit card. This has been the worst experience I have had with a healthcare provider.

Ashlee is professional, good communicator and made me feel comfortable from the beginning. She laid out a plan and I believe, moving forward, with her help, my mental health will improve.

Ashlee was amazing. She really clued in immediately on issues and things I had not even considered. She was warm and friendly. I felt very comfortable during the visit. I 100% recommend.

I have had two sessions so far with Thriveworks and they have been great! The person whom I am working with is very kind, asks great questions and has been terrific about scheduling around my schedule. Can't say enough about how great I think it's going!
