Shelly is great. Shelly offers suggestions, makes you think and is very understanding. On a side note, your billing system is less than desirable. I feel It would be a better practice to wait for the insurance company to provide the explanation of benefits within the 30 days, which is standard rather than billing the client the day after the appointment for the full rate and then later, providing the credit. This is being done even though insurance eligibility is verified prior to the first appointment.

Jennifer was very professional and extremely easy to share with and talk too. She has helped me get a plan to move forward to a healthier me.
