I have known and been seeing Adam for 7+ years now and he has been a huge blessing in my life. He has stood with me through many of my family crisis. He helped shape the man I have become today. Even when we have had disagreements it still was handled professionally and he pursued reconciliation. No matter what party was at fault.

Adam has been a true blessing to my daughter and to our family! It’s difficult to find a good counselor and even more challenging to find a good Christian counselor. There aren’t enough words to describe the counsel Adam has provided to us. My daughter has been going to Adam for a few years now and wants to continue for the foreseeable future. When she first started we were in crisis and she was hesitant. Now, she asks to go and even schedules herself. Scheduling is easy and super convenient. We have reached out on evenings and weekends and Hannah always responds within a timely manner. She works with our changing and sometimes inconsistent schedules and always finds a time for my daughter within a few days to see Adam. I just can’t say enough about this amazing team! Thank you Adam and Hannah for all you have done for us. I pray God continues to bless your practice and your family!

I must say, Adam is the most calm and compassionate therapist I have seen. I have major depressive disorder, PTSD from sexual abuse as a child, generalized anxiety disorder, and reoccurring Anhedonia. I went into his office yesterday with extremely high anxiety and the desire to explode all while not understanding my thoughts of wanting to just cry. He talks so calm, never speaks over you truly listens. He helps me see a broader perspective , which takes me out of the focused tunneled thought. I would like to add that it was by sheer accident that I started to work with Adam, the therapist I was going to work with had to take some time off. I never would have thought I would work with a male. Now, I am so grateful to have the opportunity to work with him. Adam always walks his clients out the door and bids them fair well and says God Bless you . I would like to add that, since I am a woman he makes sure I get to my car safely, by watching from the door.

My husband called to ask questions about starting therapy. He was told they would return his call the next week. His call was not returned for 3 weeks. Once they did return his call, he couldn’t get an appointment for another 2 weeks. When his appointment date arrived, he went to the office. He felt very uncomfortable. Adam greeted him and asked for paperwork that was supposedly emailed to him. My husband did not have the paperwork. Adam refused to see him, but told him he was welcome to sit in the waiting room to fill out the paperwork, but he would be charged the $200 visit fee while filling out the paperwork. My husband said that he would take the paperwork and would reschedule. Adam did not offer to reschedule his appointment and shoed him out the door. My husband said he felt worthless being in there and that he was only a paycheck. Not a great first impression and definitely not the way I would expect someone to feel who is already struggling with mental health. I am so disappointed! Knowing this office says they are Christian based just makes it worse. Faith-based therapists are REALLY hard to find in Cheyenne. So when we found Speak Life we were so excited and had high hopes for them. I’m really shocked and saddened that this was my husband’s experience.

Adam is a very caring counselor. I have been seeing him for a couple of months now. I would recommend any one go see him or anyone at his practice. Adam is empathic, compassionate, and shoes tray care about getting people in their right head space. And his wife is super nice and always greets with a smile. I have a very busy work schedule, Adam has always find ways to fit me in to the schedule to make sure am seen. I highly recommend this place to anyone.
