Called to ask for a boutonnière for my wedding in 3 months (April). The lady (assuming owner) who answered seemed very disgruntled by this and said “ONE?! In APRIL??” She proceeded to tell me the flower was too expensive and she needed to order 10 at a time and she wasn’t going to do it. Before I could say anything else, she hung up saying “APRIL” again in a disgusted voice. She is within her rights to deny any service, but if I was given the chance to respond at all, I would’ve asked for a bouquet with the flowers at whatever price she needed to rationalize ordering as the flower was in memory of a passed parent. Very disappointing as I wanted to support local business despite reading negative reviews but was left with a very bad taste in my mouth.

This is a great option for an Omaha-local florist, especially considering quality & price — just call or order in person & Mary will get you all sorted!

I called here and spoke to "the owner" (I'm guessing Lillian:) and she was very cordial I've got my order taken care of promptly. The flowers were beautiful and delivered on time. Highly recommend 👌

My son, daughter-in-law and grandson sent me flowers for Mother’s day. The bouquet you created was, I believe, one of the most beautiful I have ever seen. Iris, tulips, roses, and more!!

My husband bought me what I thought was a really nice bouquet and hand-delivered it to me after pick up this Valentine’s Day. Fllwers Started dying by the end of my shift. I’ve never googled how long a bouquet of flowers should last, but I did. It has continued to die at a very fast rate in my home. So I called today. A woman answered the phone and snapped “ I don’t believe it” repeatedly. I told her I would be happy to bring it in today to show her. She said “I knew it was gonna be a problem after talking to your husband” and snarled in a mocking tone “he asked for the biggest bouquet”. I was pretty silent and calm the entire call. I was taken off guard by her rudeness. She said she closed at 12 I called her at 11. I’m about two minutes away. I would love to bring it in but she declined and snapped “bring it in on Monday.” I wasn’t planning to leave a review. That’s why I called her. I would’ve gladly accepted a different bouquet or a plant if possible or even a store credit. Do not go here! I can’t imagine if someone had a special event and something went wrong and then they had to talk to that lady. I felt that I had to warn people. This was more than her just having a bad day. She offered to refund his money. That was not my original intent but we’ll see if she does and I will update my review. Update: I went in to return the flowers as she requested. I was met by an old lady I assume who was the same one that I talked to over the phone. I told her I was the one who called and I’m here to return the bouquet she requested. She immediately started yelling at me and followed me out to my car yelling at me. I had to stop and tell her that I was going to record her yelling at me. She refused to refund the money stating that I had “frozen”the flowers, that she “hates UNMC because they are taking over her neighborhood“, she talked to her lawyer, she had never had a single complaint besides me. And all kinds of other random and nasty statements. However, it has been a very awkward process to complain about fresh flowers. That’s how bad they truly were. I would not have gone in if she had not requested it.I think she just wanted me to come in so she could yell at me again. I left the rotten bouquet with her. Do not go here. This lady is not right for the service business and the flowers were absolutely awful. Pictures for reference. The last one is a video of the bouquet sitting on their counter to prove that I did bring it back at her request.
