Betsy is AMAZING! After Dr. Spruill retired, I found myself navigating one of the most difficult periods of my life. Losing a provider I had trusted for 11 years was incredibly hard, and I wasn’t sure I would find someone I felt comfortable talking to again. Then I met Betsy. From the very beginning, she made me feel heard, understood, and supported. She has an incredible ability to listen without judgment while helping me work through challenges in a thoughtful and compassionate way. Life has thrown a lot at me over the past few years, and Betsy has been a steady source of support throughout it all. She is kind, professional, insightful, and genuinely cares about her clients. I have never felt rushed, dismissed, or like just another appointment on her schedule. What I appreciate most is that Betsy meets people where they are. She provides guidance, encouragement, and perspective while allowing you to find your own path forward. I am incredibly grateful for her support and the positive impact she has had on my life. Toward the end of December, I was in a really tough place mentally and felt pretty overwhelmed. Since starting sessions in early January with Dr. Fernandus Vinson at Restorative Therapeutic Counseling, things have genuinely improved. He’s easy to talk to, supportive, and has helped me find healthier ways to deal with my emotions and see things more clearly. I’m really thankful for the progress I’ve made. Also, if you don’t want to go in person, the virtual sessions are honestly amazing and super convenient. Highly recommend.

Do yourself a favor and find a clinic that actually cares! This company has no grace for their cancellation policy. If you request to reschedule within 48 hours of your appointment time they charge you $135. It does NOT matter at all to them if the circumstances are entirely beyond your control. It also makes no difference if you're a long-time patient with no missed appointments.

Teresa Capers is an extremely dedicated worker. My family has used her for guidance and counseling and we couldn't be happier. She provided us with what we needed to hear and helped us get a clearer vision on our lives and what we need to do to move forward from the issues we had that kept us dormant. Teresa Capers is genuinely a very compassionate and caring soul. This was my first counseling experience and she made it an enjoyable one.
