I ordered flowers on a Saturday afternoon fully expecting that they wouldn't reach my friend in the hospital until Monday. Much to my surprise they arrived on Sunday and looked exactly like the photo.

Purchased a Mother’s Day bouquet of orange and red. It was stunning and my mom said it was the most beautiful arrangement she’s received. We’ve been purchasing from Lawrence’s for over 5 years and the quality and consistency has been terrific.

Five stars without hesitation! I ordered a last minute Mother's Day bouquet — and Lawrence The Florist came through beautifully. The bouquet was absolutely gorgeous, full of color and life, exactly what I was hoping for. The customer service was outstanding. They were friendly, attentive, and made me feel right at home. And for the quality of the flowers and the care that went into the arrangement, the prices were more than fair. Highly recommend this gem of a shop!

Unbelievably disappointing experience. I have been a longtime customer of Lawrence the Florist (dating back to the 90s). The business has been sold and unfortunately, it shows. I will never order from them again. The lack of customer service or follow through is mind boggling for something that should have been so simple. Placed a floral order from the airport evening of 4/6 for a birthday arrangement to be delivered on 4/14 before flying out of country. On April 14th, I was surprised I had not heard from the recipient so I called Lawrence the Florist to confirm my order had been delivered and the person asked who they were going to and when I said "Lisa," she said the flowers had been delivered. Called the place of business where flowers were to be received and was told no flowers had arrived. I then went through emails (that I hadn't checked since leaving for vacation) and see there are confirmation emails for deliveries on 4/7 and 5/1 (neither of the dates I had entered). I called back and the person I spoke to apologized for the confusion and said they had delivered to another Lisa that day. I gave her the order # and she saw it in their system for a May 1st delivery. I asked to cancel the order and refund the $171.91 since it was too late in the day to deliver flowers and it was for a birthday. Person said there would be no issue cancelling. Got back from vacation on 4/17 and see I've not been credited. Email them on 4/20 and 4/21 with zero response. Called on 4/23 and left a voicemail, no response. Called on 4/24 and went to voicemail again but a nice person called me back (Kate?) after seeing missed calls and I explained the situation. She said she would leave a message with the owner and the owner would get back to me later that afternoon. Crickets. After 13 days, multiple emails and phone calls, I am done and disputing the charge with my credit card company and they can handle. From the reviews I've read, flower quality has really gone down since the change of ownership and I can attest to customer service suffering as well.

Lawrence The Florist is a relationship saver! They get an A+ on everything! I ordered flowers at 11pm for my mother's birthday, which was the next day. The flowers were delivered before noon the next morning! In addition, they looked exactly like the photo on the website. They were beautiful and my mother was very happy with how thoughtful I am ;-) Thanks, Lawrence, for making me look good! You're the best!
