Everything was going very well except for the receptionist (who was incredibly unpleasant) and the woman who served the meat. The way she violently threw the frozen meat in a bag to you... and her equally awful way of speaking. I don't understand why people like that are allowed to take care of someone in need. Honestly, I'm so ashamed of her.

The woman at reception is rude and treats people badly; it seems as if she is the one helping people in need, but she has zero manners.
