Southerncare Toledo helped me and our children to bring home my wife for a comfortable passing. All the staff was awesome giving her compassionate care. We are incredibly grateful for the exceptional care we received. Every staff member showed genuine compassion, professionalism, and respect during one of the most difficult times for our family. As most know electing hospice for a loved one isn’t easy but southern care was ready and willing to provide us with comfort and understanding. Explaining the process and taking time with us to make sure we were okay gave us peace of mind and made it easier. The Southern Care team treated our loved one with dignity and compassion, while also supporting us every step of the way. They went above and beyond to ensure we knew what to expect. Day and night whenever we needed them they were here. The care provided made an unbearable situation more peaceful, and we will never forget the care we received.

This company is great! They have been doing such a great job with caring for my father. Ariana, my fathers hospice nurse is a godsend, she truly has made a tremendous difference on not only my fathers life but my entire family as well. They have provided me with the support needed to be able to care for my dad at home. It felt good being able to bring him back home from the nursing facility. Ariana and the doctor were able to tailor pain management meds that has given my dad relief from pain he has suffered from for many years. My dad is a Vietnam Vet and the staff has shown him so much respect and empathy. It means a lot to us. We are now able to have a relationship with our father because he is so much more pleasant and at peace. The staff that I have had the pleasure to meet have been helpful and very compassionate. I never feel alone because I can call 24 hours with questions/concerns and they'll even send someone out to check on things. Thank you!

Our family made the right choice in SouthernCare Hospice - Toledo in Lucas County, Ohio. For 12 months, my father’s Hospice Team, provided him with skilled, professional, compassionate and friendly care, in his home. Whenever we needed anything, they provided it. This is an outstanding, professional organization. Our family will always be grateful for the care my father received.

They currently take care of my mother in a dementia community, they have done a great job they always call family after they see her and give us the update and they always notify us of and medication changes. The nurse that works with my mom is always pleasant. I cannot say anything bad at all about them.They never disappointed us
