Graceland Memorial Park South

I’m giving an overall 4 because of past experiences with Graceland but if it were only for my interactions with Noemi, I would have certainly given a 5! Noemi is caring, professional, courteous and overall efficient and on point in the service she’s provided! She really should be recognized for the exceptional work she does!

I’d like to personally thank Graceland for assisting me and family during my time of need. During my experience, Daniel Castaneda was very patient as well professional. I highly recommend him!

I had the pleasure of meeting with Daniel Castaneda during the difficult time of losing a parent. We had a lot of questions and he was patient and kind. He guided us in choosing the best option for our family at a price we could afford and offered many options and payment plans if needed. Overall I was extremely satisfied with the outcome and my family is grateful.

I recently lost my Grandmother, the staff was attentive, respectful and very kind in our time of need. Transportation services were on time and very courteous. Rain did not slow anyone down and they sent My Grandmother off beautifully.

I came to visit my uncle that’s been buried here since March 2011. We came to leave Sun flowers for his 11 year anniversary. We come twice a year for his birthday and his death anniversary. Come to find out his tombstone is no where to be found. I go into the office and Ms. Olivia form the office is instructed to take us since we could have supposedly “forgotten” where he was buried. TURNS OUT THEY BURIED HIS STONE UNDER DIRT AND ADDED NEW GRASS OVER IT!!!!! We are absolutely disgusted and feeling absolute disrespect. This will not be end of this. This is beyond disrespectful and unacceptable. PLEASE WATCH OUT FOR YOUR LOVE ONES BURIED HERE!!!! I GIVE THIS ZERO STARS. I had to choose 1 to publish but it’s not deserved.
