Thank you, Andrew and Corey For taking such good care of my husband when he passed away. The professionalism that your Company has is just incredible. You made me feel comfortable and you gave me all the information that I could possibly need and so much more. You provided answers to all of my questions without hesitation, and you made this experience something that I will never forget. During the worst days of my life you gave me strength knowing that Tony was in your hands.

My mother passed away on March 2, when I reached out to Rochester Cremation before she passed they were very professional and answered all my questions. They told me once she passes they would be there within 1-2 hours to pick her up. She passed at 2:15 in the morning surrounded by myself and 4 siblings and other family members. The hospice nurse came at 3:15 to pronounce my mother’s death and apologized for Rochester cremation saying they wouldn’t be able to come until 7 or 8 am. My mom laid there for 6 hours before they arrived. The whole family stayed all night because she passed at my sisters home and we didn’t dare want to leave her alone to have to deal with that herself. For a facility that says they are 24 hours I think that is pretty sad that it took so long

My mother recently passed away, and I was referred to Rochester Cremation by the folks at Hildebrandt Hospice Care Center. I cannot stress enough just how patient, compassionate, and helpful Corey was throughout this entire process. If you're reading reviews trying to figure out the right place to call for a loved one --> Contact Rochester Cremation and ask for Corey. I promise you won't regret this decision.

Rochester Cremation treated my family with the utmost compassion during our time of grief. Cory was incredibly helpful and compassionate while guiding us through the cremation process. He never rushed us in any decisions, while behind the scenes he was trying to get all arranged as soon as possible while family was still in town. Cory was able to arrange the cremation so our family was able to have a private viewing at the cemetery. We are truly grateful for the care that was taken by Cory and Rochester Cremation.

My wife's cancer took her from us in a rapid sequence of setbacks, late this March. What was expected to be hospice-at-home suddenly turned into a few short days at a local hospice facility.
The hospice facility staff themselves recommended that I call Scott for our personal and financial circumstances, and it was just another piece of the wonderful treatment we received while in hospice. What I had expected to be a terrifying process became a brief 10 minute telephone call with Scott to set things up. Scott was kind, compassionate, and professional, as I had been told to expect.
Ultimately, Andrew from the Henrietta location was the agent who I worked with, and he was outstanding. Sensitive to my own circumstance, he kept our process simple, respectful, and no-nonsense... precisely what was needed for our family.
Our family's needs were very simple and straightforward, and I must point out that there was never any sensation of 'up-sell pressure'. Andrew answered every question kindly, and was a blessing to help me through this process. His service was courteous, professional, and thoughtful.
There is absolutely zero doubt that, as I consider plans for my own future, I will definitely be reaching back out to Andrew for planning, etc.
I certainly recommend to anyone that they contact Scott & Pamela's team at Rochester Cremation, and especially Andrew.
After making it through these past few weeks, I am grateful that they made the process simple, respectfully, and financially manageable!
