Jorge was great at helping me out and processing my paperwork to get me in and out quickly. But the whole staff of volunteers are great too

CCSC representatives will pretend to ensure everything is verified in their system and schedule a person an appointment only to cancel it. CCSC's data and phone systems are horrendous. It takes forever to actually get someone to answer the phone and they have inaccurate data in their system. Errors on their end leaves individuals to suffer the negative consequences. Their lack of concern is very UNCHRISTIAN EDIT 3/25/26: I STAND BY MY ORIGINAL REVIEW. FURTHERMORE, CCSC DID NOT PROVIDE ASSISTANCE TO ME THREE TIMES FOR UTILITIES. FOR A CCSC REP TO POST A LIE AS A REPLY IS PATHETIC. CCSC HAS AN ANTIQUATED SYSTEM UTILIZED BY INDIVIDUALS WHO LACK MORALS, BASIC COMPUTER DATA SKILLS, AND AN UNWILLINGNESS TO ADMIT WHEN THEY HAVE MADE A MISTAKE. INSTEAD, REPS FROM CCSC WILL DOUBLE DOWN ON THEIR LIE. ANYONE IN NEED OF ASSISTANCE, PLEASE AVOID CCSC!!!

My husband and I just moved. We have been calling and calling to get an appointment to receive rental assistance. Finally we showed up in person but we're turned away telling us that in order to receive assistance we need to get an appointment. I have been calling for three days. IF THERE'S NO FUNDS, TELL PEOPLE THAT, SO WE CAN LOOK TO OTHER MEANS AND QUIT WASTING PRECIOUS TIME.

Great place but before you head to this location make sure you have your license/ID, social security card and a HARD COPY of proof of address DATED 30 DAYS OR LESS AGO, which is not specified on the website. If you don't have that last part they can't see you except for food.

This is a great organization. The case workers are incredibly nice and warm. They help with a variety of things. I went for their food pantry. But I have gone in the past for rental assistance. Check out their website.
