My wife and I just picked up our completed trust from Cava and Faulkner. The entire transaction was smooth and handled well. My husband and I wanted to set up a family trust to make things easier for our children after our passing. We first saw a small ad in a school magazine that was given at my daughter's preschool back in 2011 / 2012. That is when we first approached them. My worry was the care of our daughter if something were to happen to both of us. Christine is a very good listener, and she not only took care of our needs, but helped us understand everything in layman's words rather than legal complex terminologies. Post everything, they even followed up to see if any updats were needed. They also sent us personalized hand written birthday cards. After the birth of our second child, when we called them once again in 2016, they were as welcoming as they were the first time and helped us update all the documents. Most recently also, we wanted to update our will and setup a Trust, yet again, the same compassion, comfort and thinking what is in our benefit, helped us through the whole process. Its been over a decade, but no complains at all and I am confident that we can always go back and get the right advice. I would recommend them in a heartbeat. Some may think that these things are expensive, I also thought the same, but without going into any details of that, I would simply say that if it saves you and your children money, years of trouble and unnecessary legal formalities in the future only for things that are rightfully yours, then the fees are worth it. Once more thing, if you're a fan of antiques, then their office is the place! Not all have the same taste, but I love how unique their office is with items on display from early to mid 1900s or maybe older. 😊 Thank you so much for helping us and for the awesome service 😊
