Northland Counseling Center

Was recently referred to Northland Counseling Center w Ms Meyer through my employer (EAP program). Had one session w her, which was great! Rescheduled for the following week, I arrived on time and Ms Meyer was a “no call, no show” its Wednesday now, that was Monday and STILL no communication of anything. Even left a voicemail. Hope all is well. But some type of communication before, during, or even after would have been great. Very disappointing and feel as if I needed to express myself. That one therapy session was great, but the communication is terrible and needs to be worked on.
