Excellent place... they helped me with everything I needed

I called this place explained my issues on the phone that I was a homeless and I can’t afford any money to replace my green card because I can’t get jobs with out docs they asked me on the phone that bid I can afford $75 they charge and I said I can’t afford that they told me that I can come on they will help me without fees . I prepared all the documents they asked me to bring and I walk 5 miles to get there first time they told me they only take 12 people a day! They turned me around it was 8:16Am I walked 5 miles on this heat back to where shelter where I live next day I went again very early in the morning and I was 4th person on the list they woman was rude and she told me if I can’t afford to pay I got leave because they won’t help me ! [ because they out of funds!] !🤔And the expression she gave me I believe 💯 that she is RACIST she doesn’t like Black peoples besides that why would anyone promise to help make you walk all this long walk just to turn you around? That’s inhumane. Do better .

The people are very helpful and friendly. Specially Nancy, who is helping me out with my case, has been very supportive and has made the process very easy, clear and quick. I would definitely recommend this place. My experience has been great. Thank you 😊

Whoever wants to visit this place you have to be very careful, They really don't care about your time as I have bad experience which is I been there to set an appointment beginning of this year they set an appointment June 9th and they call me June 7th and saying to me that their attorney is travelling and reschedule your appointment so I did it July 31st and again they call me on 28th of July and that said that attorney is sick you have to reschedule appointment. I was waiting for 7 months to see the attorney and these people continue lying to me.

With due respect to some of the managers, The job developer and some of the new managers don't care and lie to you and they don't answer your text messages lots of problems I hope the management takes it seriously.
