I had such a wonderful experience with this florist for Mother’s Day! The florists were incredibly kind and helpful, and the bouquet came out absolutely beautiful. My mother-in-law loved the flowers so much! I also really appreciated the box they provided to safely hold the bouquet during the car ride — such a thoughtful touch that made transporting them so much easier. Thank you again for the beautiful arrangement and great service!

flowers came incredibly damaged, dirty & very chewed up by bugs. this was my first time ordering with this florist for mother’s day, and i unfortunately will not be ordering again. disappointing for how much i spent on this arrangement

I was notified a work colleague had a death in her family. I found Downey Chapel Florist via a Google search. I found exactly what I wanted, plus they offered day-of delivery. Within hours, my co-worker received her arrangement at her home. She texted me to tell me it was beautiful and so very appreciated. And to my surprise, Downey Chapel Florist sent me a photograph of the completed arrangement. Now THAT is excellent customer service! Thank you DCF!

The arrangement I ordered was beautiful and arrived within an hour of the order confirmation email showing up in my inbox. Only place that was able to deliver on the same day and they really delivered!
