The experience began on a great note on Mother's Day 2026. We were greeted at the door by a wonderful woman named Cari and we were the only customer in the store. She was very pleasant and inviting, a kind person. She as the best person in the entire facility! We want tulips and she lead us to them. She let us pick the flowers of our choice. What a gracious woman, Cari. Unfortunately, she was NOT the florist. Once the Florist (Rowin) saw us, he was immediately, dismissive, curt and discovered he had to move a pile of empty boxes to the dumpster (it took him two or three trips), his ignoring attitude was very disrespectful and the other two women who were in the store, ignored us also. After waiting awhile, it was apparent that we were not welcome in the store. Cari was the ONLY person who saw us as valued customers. We left without purchasing anything and Cari the beautiful soul that she is, tried to make up for the poor customer service of the others. I'm sure the owner will respond with a excuse for the behavior. Don't fabricate a story "Cherry," tell, the truth. Thank you again Cari, for making an unpleasant experience, tolerable.

Every year we send a bouquet to our daughter-in-law on Mother's Day to thank her for creating a loving home for our two, wonderful grandchildren. She described the bouquet of roses you created for her this year as the "most beautiful bouquet I have ever gotten." The quality and creativity of your flower arrangements are always amazing. Cherry Blossoms created a lovely custom Christmas arrangement for me that lasted several weeks! I enjoyed every minute of the floral design placed in my sleigh-vase. Yes, I had to remove the roses and carnations after 2 weeks. The rest continued to look nice well into January!

I've used Cherry Blossoms for years and have always received very beautiful and thoughtful arrangements. I've only had two issues over the 10 years (1 an incorrect arrangement delivered, 2nd the flower count was off by 2). Cherrie and her team responded quickly and resolve the issue immediately. They go above and beyond to make things right. I'm very happy with the quality of flowers, the creativity of the arrangements, the delivery service and the stellar customer service.
