True Roots Catering

I can’t speak highly enough about True Roots Catering. . From beginning to end, our experience was top notch. On the day of the tasting I injured my leg and was unable to drive. Without my asking and at the last minute, Natalia packed all the samples up and brought them to our home. She didn’t drop them off. She plated everything beautifully and served each course thoughtfully. Or 100+ person party went off without a hitch thanks to True Roots. Leading up to the party Natalia was accommodating , responsive, a pleasure to work with. From the beginning, I trusted them and I wasn’t disappointed. On the day of our party they showed up on time, organized and ready to go. They took initiative, and required no guidance. The staff, (the chefs, the bartenders and servers) was EXTREMELY friendly, helpful and professional. Importantly, the food was outstanding. The selection was varied and everything was great. It was challenging decide what to serve because everything was so tasty. Following the party, we had so many of our guests compliment the caterers (particularly the service and the food quality) We would absolutely use them again a i would recommend them without hesitation.

Natalia and Chef Mike did an extraordinary job in making our Grand Opening Event special. We have had so many compliments on the presentation and the quality of the food. Everyone loved it! I would recommend them for any type of catering you need. They responded immediately to any questions I had and did not hesitate to accommodate with the last-minute changes that were made. This is the most professional team I have had the pleasure of working with for an event. We will definitely be using them again in the future. By the way, their signature meatballs are out of this world!

We had the pleasure of working with True Roots Catering for a wedding at Celebration Grove Wedding and Event Venue in Vero Beach, and they were absolutely fantastic. EXCELLENT planning, vision, and food that truly went above my expectations! And the set up and service during the event, impeccable! A delightful team who truly enjoys what they do!
