Village Cremation Services of Chula Vista provided us with very kind services for my mom. I don't live in California, while Mom did, so had several special requests of VCS in making her final arrangements to be placed with Dad at the Miramar National Cemetery. During such a very difficult time the people at Village Creamation Services were so helpful and nice. They led me thru all the necessary steps for the Creamation. So patient and supportive. Very, very caring people, not just providing a service. I can't say enough on how grateful I am for them helping me get thru this. So glad I found them.

I recently used village mortuary was very easy . I did every thing on line, they called and let me when everything was ready . No problems and easy to use .

Village cremation services was fantastic. The staff were so helpful and caring during this very difficult time in my life. They were very empathetic and sincere with me after lossing both my dad then my mother with in 5 days of each other. Helped get the ashes home and gave me all the information needed to track their travels to my home in another state. I cant thank them enough for all their kindness, help and understanding.

Very helpful and sensitive at this difficult time. They made everything easy, mostly done over the phone. I could have waited for them to mail the death certificate, but they were close to my home so I went to the office to pick it up. Village Cremation made my grieving easier. They were helpful, efficient, non-intrusive and made things seamless.
