Made the rough experience of pick someting out for someone truly important to me and my family very easy couldnt reccomend them enough!

Working with them was WONDERFUL. We only gave them about a month to create and install the monument. They promised they could make our date and they did! Daniel was so responsive and the monument is more beautiful than we'd imagined. We are so very grateful to them.

We've used Bismarck Memorial for two---if not three---generations, although it was always my mother who dealt with the them. Last year, it was my mother who needed a headstone and my brother and I were at a loss. Daniel and Tim were so compassionate and willing to help us come up with a tailored design. They answered my brother's engineering questions and were patient with my artistic tweaks. They truly were a wonderful team to work with; we are so grateful to them.

I live in a different state and had to go through the process of ordering a monument for my mom electronically. Daniel was extremely helpful, compassionate and responsive throughout the entire process, providing details, selection options, photos, quotes - everything our family needed to make a sound decision. Their pricing was reasonable and included everything, including installation, which simplified the process for us even more. After the monument was installed, they sent us a photo so that we could see the final product. Great service overall!
