Signature Headstones

Extremely incompetent and unprofessional company. Do not use this company for your memorial needs. I used their online platform to design a headstone for a family member who recently passed. They repeatedly failed to reproduce what their own online platform provides to customers to customize a headstone. They do not respond to customer inquiries in a timely way and they keep dropping the ball. There are much better companies to work with out there.

Headstone came out perfect. Was shipped in the time frame quoted. I couldn't ask for better.

I got my order today and the tears were overwhelming. I'm impressed by the price, quality, and promptness of fulfilling not only 1 but 2 stones. My parents would be so pleased! Definitely would recommend, considering the prices are amazing for the value I received!!

I have to agree with the person giving one star. I haven't purchase a headstone, I'm looking around and doing my research, etc. UPDATE: I did end up purchasing a stone that included a picture of my beautiful love one. I finally go the attention of a manager there and I was told they have no idea why this order did not get picked up. They acknowledge the mistake, took several fees off and expedited our stone. BTW: it was perfect.......
