I had the pleasure of working with Robin Barron Lisa McCray at the Ballantyne Location. I cannot express the worry these two ladies took off of me when my loved one passed. I simply could not have done the service or dealt with the process of cremation and obituary preparation without them. Robin and Lisa were absolutely filled with compassion , love, patience and kindness with our entire family under such trying times . They took care of everything and helped us with suggestions that we might not have been aware of . I called 3 places total for the cremation of my girlfriend’s daughter. The first call I made was to Heritage and thank God Robin answered the phone. I knew after speaking to her that she was the perfect person to handle this situation with care. Robin is caring, never was there any pressure or the feeling of, and she handled everything as if we were family.
