Worthington Monuments - Grand Prairie

No wonder this place has one star reviews. Called this morning a woman answered the phone not saying her name. I asked her how to get a price via email instead of filling out the form online which requires an email address anyways. She said we don't send written quotes. To me the only reason could be they don't guarantee the price of the written quote and price will always end up being higher. I said ok then please give me a price over the phone, she said okey. Then she said I am getting another call. Give me your phone number to later call you back. So the other call was more important than giving your time to the customer already on the phone? If she had gotten the details of what I am looking for and then wanted to call back with a price it would've been okey. But we were 5 seconds into the call and she wanted to let me go to take the next call. How unprofessional! If people are treated like this when they want to give you their money how you treat them after you have their money? Also use a kind and caring tone of voice considering the line of business you are in.

Please if you decide to do business with these ppl beware that they will over charge, they won't show you designs unless you confirm to pay that day. They also will lie and tell you that they have the lowest prices which is very untrue. Also go with your family don't go by yourself as they will try and get over on you. Ridiculous that in times when you would think ppl would be caring and compassionate they will prey on your grief and take advantage of you. You be ashamed of yourself ma'ma.
