This was the first time I have ever had to deal directly with any service such as cremation. Sadly it was for my fiancée. The heartfelt understanding and ease of getting this process completed made all of this much easier in my grieving state. Everything went according to schedule with no surprises. Tri state cremation goes above and beyond! I live in Summersville but my father passed away at St. Mary's hospital. We called around several places and Tri-State cremation was the only place that was affordable. This was the first death in my family that I had to make arrangements for and I'm so glad that everyone at Tri-State cremation helped me because I didn't know what I was doing and they talked me through it and helped me get all the paperwork that I need to do. They communicated very well with me so I understood everything that needed done. I highly recommend them.

I spoke with Lance initially over the phone while seeking options for my Father who had recently passed. He was very helpful with providing information and support regardless of if we chose to utilize their services. I really appreciated that. Ferrell-Chambers Funeral Home made sure everything was taken care of and coordinated for his care. Each step of the way everyone was very patient, helpful, and made the whole process go as smoothly as possible. It was nice to have an option of a viewing and service at the funeral home prior to cremation. Pricing was very reasonable, too. They did an amazing job setting up everything for the visitation, adding personal touches that reflected Dad and what he loved. He looked fantastic, too. We are so thankful.
