Ronald McDonald House Charities

My wife and I have mostly great things to say about this house. The ONLY downfall was another resident that was very loud during quiet hours, I addressed it with the house staff and it was taken care of. The facilities, kitchen, and food were great. The staff was so friendly and helpful! Staying here changed our perspective on the question at McDonalds of "will you round up to donate to the RMH?", we will be clicking yes from now on!

They are always so wonderful when we stay. They always treat us like family. If there's ever anything we forgot to bring, they always have it. The rooms are impeccably clean. Which is a huge relief when having surgery with your little one. I've always worried in hotels after surgery about cleanliness but never there. I just can't say enough good things. The staff has always been kind to us. We just can't recommend them enough. We will be visiting again soon for an upcoming surgery and I know they will help make a stressful situation a lot easier. Thank you for everything, the Devines.

Me and my husband first visited the RMH in 1997-1998 when our son was very ill. This was the original building . Now in 2023 our daughter was very ill and we were placed in that same home we stayed in so many years ago. Same place , different look . Same love and support ❤️ they help take your mind off all the other things and help u focus on your sick child . Absolutely awesome caring staff just made everything ok even if only for the moment. Thanks so much James (manager) You are an amazing person.

Great location. I wish I had more pictures. We have actually veen to all the St. Pete locations, and they are so wonderful. We were thrilled when we saw the Ramadan schedule, too! 📅 The staff is wonderful, and there are fun things to do with the kids or just relax while they play. They even have an Atari Games machine down in the lounge area. When we came back from surgery, we weren't rushed out. Out daughter loved all the fun stuff to do and eat, and she brought the homemade crocheted cat with her to her surgery. It was a gift in the room for her. Thank you Ronald McDonald House charities!
