Receptionist just completely unwelcoming, she actually made ugly rude faces at me when I asked her a question about deceased family members memorial service and redirected me to walk in the same way I came in which was already 10 minutes late and that route would delay me another 5 minutes because she didn’t want me to just walk to the parking lot through the back door, just pitiful and horrible experience

Completely rude front office staff. They asked for you to take a number which at the end of it all serves no purpose, as they call people being served at random. When we were finally called the receptionist shouted in front of everyone “you see - you finally got called”. When we were brought to the back we realized one of the legal aides was watching tv - Steven’s Universe- instead of tending to the people waiting for hours in the waiting room. Sad that a charity I have donated to and trusted in bringing needy stakeholders now functions this way. On the way out my daughter mentioned how the legal aide was watching tv and he yelled at her - “ I am on my lunch break and can do whatever I want” I did not know that you can use catholic charities network to watch TV.

Had a job fair there . Very spacious facility and staff is great

The best place for to be in a great moment with our Lord Jesus Christ.
