We knew someone who had a great experience with this florist, but unfortunately our experience was disappointing. We scheduled a consultation and they rescheduled it last minute due to an emergency, but they couldn’t reschedule until over a month later. Closer to the date, we reached out to confirm the appointment and thought all was well. Dallas was 20 minutes late to sign on to the call and left multiple times during the call to attend to other business needs. She said she would send a proposal within the week, but it has been weeks and we have not received any communication. I’m sure the florals would have been beautiful, but unfortunately the communication was too unreliable to book with them.

A pleasure to work with! I called with some special requests and a price range, and Addie Lane Floral & Gifts was happy to oblige. The recipient sent us a beautiful message saying, "I have never seen a bouquet this spectacular! It pleases me so very much and brings me joy." It took me a bit to leave a review as I kept getting too emotional to write this. I had been looking for a place to get flowers from for my 13 year old girly, Xanadu, that I said goodbye to a little over a month ago. I had seen reviews about the shop kitties and knew if anyone was going to understand wanting to give flowers to my kitty that it would be fellow cat lovers. I didn't catch the name of the gal working that day, but thank you for being so sweet and understanding. You, along with Tooth and Taco, made a hard time in my life a little easier. The flowers were beautiful and I ended up sending half of them with her and keeping the other half for myself. I dried them and keep them by her urn now. Thank you 🤍

We used Addie Lane for our wedding florals and Dallas absolutely knocked it out of the park! The bouquets were gorgeous, exactly like my inspo photo, and super great quality!!
